If applicants violate any of the above, their applications will be disqualified or any enrolment made will be rescinded. All fees paid will not be refunded. If fraudulent documents are identified, the University reserves the right to refer such cases to the law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong for investigation and handling. In accordance with the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200 of the laws of Hong Kong), a person committing the offence of forgery is liable, upon conviction on indictment, to imprisonment.
It is the applicant's responsibility to provide all required documentations (including but not limited to the original certificate, official certification, the originals of passport(s) with respect to overseas qualification(s), if applicable), in any forms upon request by the University for verification purposes.
